Description: Sprouted and red soil treated dal. It is rich in protein and the sprouting process makes its more nutritious. It is grown organically and processed using a long traditional process under the sun; hence, the nutrition stays intact. It is easy to cook and makes the dish very aromatic.
How to cook : Add 1 tsp gingely oil and pressure cook the dal with 1:3 cup water. Keep in high flame for 3 whistles and simmer for 5 minutes. Mash well and use as is with little salt or add while making sambar.
