You may return a product received from Heritage Essentials only under the following conditions:

1.  In case of a packed product, the package should not have been opened, should be in good presentable condition and returned within 24-48 hours of receipt of the package

2.  Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Short Shelf life products like Snacks, Perishable goods cannot be returned.

Heritage Essentials will honour such return of the product by way of either a store credit to the Consumer, or a refund to the customers account.

·  Health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/whatsapp communication to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will try and process the exchange of items at the shortest possible time.

When you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
