Time Frame 

Heritage Essentials is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays.

Shipping Services 

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we may opt to ship your items via Government Registered Parcel. When we use the Government Registered parcel we shall adhere to the rules and regulations laid down by the postal department.

Shipping Charges

Shipping & Delivery costs, will be charged depending on the weight and volume of your consignment.

SHIPPING CHARGES -

CHENNAI REGION:

  • Free Delivery within Chennai city limits for orders above Rs 2000. 
  • For orders below Rs 2000, Rs 50 per delivery within Chennai city limits. 
  • For orders below Rs 400, Rs 75 per delivery. 


OUTSTATION:

Minimum 10kg base rate will be applicable. 

Subsequently for additional kg: Tamil Nadu - ₹10/kg; Bangalore ₹15/kg;

Rest of India Rs 375 upto 15 kg, sent through reliable couriers.  Rs 25 for every additional Kg more than 15 Kgs.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders received before 3 pm are dispatched on the same day.  Orders placed on Sundays and Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. 

Chennai local deliveries will be delivered in 24-48 hours. Outstation order delivery timelines will be determined by the distance away from Chennai.

What if the product is received in damaged condition? 

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9840981808 or email us at essentials@heritageinspired.in mentioning your Order ID and Invoice Number. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.
