Mini Varagu (Kodo Millet) Idly

Ingredients Used:

Cooking Process:

  • Soak the varagu and urad dhal after washing it well for about 4 hours along with fenugreek. 
  • Poha can be soaked just before grinding.
  • Grind the varagu, dhal and poha with fenugreek adding water little by little. 
  • Allow the batter to ferment overnight 
  • Make the idlies in a mini idli plate 

How to serve?
Coat the idli with gingelly oil and molaga podi.
