Mini Varagu (Kodo Millet) Idly

Ingredients Used:

1 cup whole white urad dhal
4 cups varagu (kodo millet) rice
1/2 cup poha
1 tsp fenugreek

Cooking Process:

Soak the varagu and urad dhal after washing it well for about 4 hours along with fenugreek.
Poha can be soaked just before grinding.
Grind the varagu, dhal and poha with fenugre...
